Re: VSRA Xmas Fly/Drive at Kotta this weekend.
I wish I could make it Sam as I need a flight check, but I have Alfred hospital appointments thursday and friday and a 21st on the Saturday night. Maybe in the future we can arrange it.
It is a little over 12 months since the accident and I still have a ways to go to get my stamina back. Unfortunately Eril has been made redundant but I get to see more of her.
Everyone have a great safe weekend.
Aussie Paul.

Hi Paul
Sorry you wont be able to attend this weekend.
Weather permitting, I will be flying Kruza back to Kyneton on Sunday.
Kyneton is only about an hours drive from Ballarat, so drop in any time and I will have an expresso ready for you.
Regards SamL

Paul,
I hope you are serious. If so, that is fantastic. With your injuries I thought you had a long way to go.
And Sam, that satisfied smirk is not becoming!

Hi Brian
Yes I will be getting my hands on a Kruza, but No, not my Kruza. I will be operating with the prototype initially until mine is ready.
May be early 2009 (fingers crossed) before mine is ready and certified.
Regards SamL..............

G'day Art
Well, I guess I'm only getting older and feeling colder with old age, so the Kruza was the logical choice.
Although, I did had a few pre-requisits for my 2 seat trainer.
1) It had to be stable.
2) It had to be strong.
3) It had to be a side by side seated machine.
4) And had to be easy, and safe to fly.
The other machine did all of this, but didnt have a full cab.
With my Kruza purchase, I have also taken on the responsability of being the GT Gyroplanes cheif Pilot/Instructor, and Distributer. This has allowed me to work closely with both Geoff and Alistair, and share some of my ideas and suggestions. I am amazed at just how much passion these guys have, and how quickley and idea becomes reality. They are constantly working and striving to perfect these machines on a day to day basis.
I have no dought that there will be a great future for these little known Aussy built and designed gyroplanes.
Regards SamL................
