Just one little fault I have found is that when i try to enter the chat room is tells me that another user is logged in under my name and if i kill the screen and hit the chat button again i get in

Try deleting your cookies mark. When you leave the chat log out - dont just close the window or the cookies may stay on your computer.

That may not be the trouble but give it a go and see what happens.
