log out and then delete all of your online content including temporary files, delete all cookies then log back in ...

If your using internet explorer and your not sure where to do this. Go into you Tools/Internet Options/Delete File/ Tick the delete all offline content and then delete. Next press on delete Cookies now log back in ...
