JOE NELSON

My name is Joe Nelson and I live in Cincinnati, Ohio. I settled here after my service in the U.S. Army and employment with a regional airline based here. I have three great kids and a wife of 30+ years.

My flying background was mainly military in helicopters (OH-6's) very early on, then flying fw (OV-1's and Rc-7's) for the remainder of my time in the military. In civil life I flew Sf-340's and CL-602's until my retirement.

My interest in gyros has been life long. I have thought, what a neat little bird to take the wife and kids out for a ride!!! Problem... my sons are footballers and my bum has grown large and I need a biiig gyro. So that's my direction... large gyros!
