Re: Rotor bearings

G'Day Ted,

I was not suggesting you do a US forum search based on any assumption or misconception that the info is not available here in Oz. Simply that much of the info is available NOW at the press of a button. I could put 20 names of Aussie blokes up on the screen who could give you the info you required.

Did you look at the US thread? Link........
http://www.rotaryforum.com/forum/sho...3260#post33260 here is a small part of it, relating to the bearing we use.

"Doug,
Thanks for getting back to me. I haqve some detail on this Bearing MRC 5206 CZZ.
The C Suffix on the 5206CZZ stands for:

“Double-row angular contact, non-filling notch ball bearing, with outwardly convergent contact angles, rigid design.”

The ZZ Suffix stands for two shields.

It doesn’t matter which way you turn this bearing.

The dynamic load rating of this bearing is 6,660 lbs.

Regards,

Mitch."

Cheers,

Mitch
