That prop is at its max pitch now before it starts to cavitate I think. The only way for more thrust to develope is to spin the engine faster without changing prop pitch or gearbox ratio. They do supercharge them,maybe get Rod to add that to the list? I think you are going to have to live with a meezly 600 Lbs Russ.

Muz.........just to follow on here, that prop that gave 600Lb thrust was a Patroney 76 "normal" chord.

We all know his wide chord profile is a real winner, so it follows that a 76" made to be a wide chord prop, would definitely punch out more thrust.

So better than 600 is a definite.
