Well, which one?

Fellas,

I normally visit the site using Firefox. Tonight I went back to Internet Explorer to check one or two things and was surprised at how slow the pages opened. Firefox might have a couple of not so good traits but it certainly is a lot faster the IE!!

Think I'll stay with Firefox fellas ....

what browser do you use ?

Re: Well, which one?

Rotor, I have migrated to Firefox some time ago at your suggestion, and don't have a problem with it. However I also have an Office 2007 beta version of IE which it tries to get me to use, but I haven't set it up properly yet. (More interested in the Excel & Access portions of the suite actually).

If anything, Firefox can find topics more accurately suited to that which you are seeking than IE ever did.

G'Day Geoff,

I'm a tad confused Mate. Top of my web browser says...Rotorcraft Australia - Mozilla Firefox

So am I using Mozilla or Firefox?

Cheers,

Mitch.

Re: Well, which one?

Hi Mitch,
Mozilla is a name used by the Mozilla foundation created when Netscape open-sourced their code.
There is (or now maybe was) a browser actually called Mozilla.
They now call their browser Firefox (so you have Firefox, Mitch) and it is based on the Mozilla engine or code.
There is also a Mozilla Thunderbird email client.

If that explaination made it worse for you, I'll shut up next time.

I use Firefox for 2 main reasons, its more stable and its more secure than Internet Exploder.

If some of the above details aren't 100% accurate, I'm sure someone will put us right.
