I would think so. I would imagine that the company would notify all owners if there is a problem, no matter where certified.

Re: MT-03 video on Youtube

This is a copy of the exemption granted in the UK for the MT-03 Gyroplane

Exemption Number – E 17
Exemption under Article 10(3) EC Regulation No. 1592/2002 to allow certain
Gyroplanes to be flown in accordance with UK national legislation

1) The Civil Aviation Authority on behalf of the United Kingdom, pursuant to Article 10(3)
of EC Regulation No. 1592/2002, hereby exempts any United Kingdom registered Auto-
Gyro MT-03 gyroplane from the requirement at Article 5(2) and (3) of EC Regulation
1592/2002 that it holds a certificate of airworthiness issued in accordance with Article
5(2)(c), a permit to fly issued in accordance with Article 5(3)(a) or a restricted certificate
of airworthiness issued in accordance with Article 5(3)(b).

2) This exemption is granted subject to the condition that the said gyroplane shall not fly
unless it complies with all of the requirements of the Air Navigation Order 2005 as
though it were a non-EASA aircraft.

3) This exemption is granted to meet urgent operational circumstances.

4) This exemption shall have effect from 24 April 2006 until 24 April 2007 unless revoked.

C.J.Whittaker
for the UK Civil Aviation Authority
19 April 2006

Regulation (EC) No. 1592/2002
General Exemption
Publication Date: 24 April 2006

There is no mention on this CAA current site that the exemption has been since revoked so assume that it is still in force. What happens after the 24th April I do not know but I assume that the exemption would be renewed if there are no problems.
