"A good time" doesn't come close Rotor, I was as eager as a young pup for a couple of months leading up to Easter and had the nose to the grindstone to get work done here so we could even have Easter off, didnt arrive at Lameroo until very late Thursday night but was eager as to get out to Kevins from about 4 AM. Once we arrived it was full on , meeting people, getting gyro ready and getting more excited by the minute as more gyros arrived as well as FW's and people. I reckon I was awake from 3 AM waiting for the sun to come up Sat & Sunday morning.
It was a real thrill to meet so many people and to see so much really good handling of gyros, the skill level is really good overall.
To see young rookie bull rider of the year, Robbie Cook from the NT fly that new 912 Rosco so very very well with only a few hours under his belt [literally] as he only soled earlier in the week. That was probably my No 1 highlight

followed by seeing Birdy and Jacko strut their stuff was No 2. followed by me winning one event and coming 2nd in another, I was really thrilled
Just the greatest Easter Rotor.!! wish you could have made it mate.
The SA club handled the event magnificently, the ladies were exceptional with the meals and the weather while not perfect, was pretty good !!
The nights demanded some good fires with plenty of socializing the order of the night!
