Bawt a new DVD recorder, player 15 mths ago. Yip, it stopped working just recently. Luckily we took out the extended warranty at the purchase day.

Ring em up...........no worries sir, take it into ******* repairers, they will fix it up, no charge, coz you got extended warranty............bewdy I think.

5 weeks later, still waiting to get it back, ring em up...........hey guys, wots the delay here.

They call back a week later............sir, please go and get another brand new machine from your local store, why, I ask, why not fix mine. Well sir it's going to cost too much to get it fixed, it is cheaper for us to give you another one...........OK, I says.........thanks

Go into the store, tell em the story............O yes sir, we've been advised you would be coming in, hang on a tad, while we get your new machine

Back they come with new machine nice and cozy in it's box, put it under me wing and out I start to go...................BUT..............shyte....... .....hangon Russy........

I just walked past a display of DVD's, exactly the same as the one under me wing, and they were priced at less than half to what I had originally paid. Now bein the carefull type, I check to make sure that what I got under me wing is definately the same as these ones in front of me here...........yip, they sure is.

Spinning around, I head back to the counter.........Sir, can we help you further.........you bet you can I reply

You have given me a replacement machine, that is less than half the value to what I purchased originally........................SORRY, not on. But sir this new machine does exactly the same as your old one...........mite do I says, but I won't accept a cheap piece of shyte as a replacement. Gimey one of the same value as mine..............well that sent em ina spin. Sir.......we can't do that.......bla bla bla etc etc............they goes on and on

OK.............I says.........then fix MINE.

So...............beware them tossers
