Dave , just ring Owen Dull and buy a real tail, you'll never go back.

Hey Birdy,

There are other options for 'real' tails now, though I know Muzz is a one eyed buzzard. :poke:

Our tails are weight balanced to eliminate flutter, no anti servo tabs. If proximity to the prop is a problem, weight can be in the leading edge of the tail or if plenty of distance between prop and tail, less weight in a balance tube does the same job.
The tall tail has been tested to the two place std and exceeds the requirements.
These tails are manufactured to VNE's of over 200 knots, so they will work on any current gyroplanes that do not exceed those speeds.

The current Tall Tail will end up around 30-32 lbs with rudder-horn, and top pivot tube complete.

If anyone is interested in how they are manufactured, how much, ect, feel free to call.

Sorry Mitch didnt want to leave you out. I would still go with the anti-servo tab as it's a lot lighter, limits the amount of tail travel, and returns the tail to the center instantly if you take your feet of the pedals. I think Owens tails are between 9-11 kilos.
