For those of us who know or who have been the beneficiaries of his services, some information for you:

I rang Jack as I know he's going in for surgery to have his ticker worked on, he'll be in there in an hour, I wish Jack the smoothest of sailing for the next week and trust he will be back with a new lease of life, hopefully a lot of other people will too.

Agreed Nick. John and I have also wished him well. He hasn't been smoking since before Christmas either. We home he comes out feeling "better than a bought one"!
