Would the simlest way of getting the thrust-line below the C.G. be to raise the pilots position?
Would have to modify joystick to suit, and instruments etc.

Don, this depends on the configuration of the gyro in question. Does it have a straight keel, or a drop keel ??
The thrust centre-line needs to pass through the pilot whilst in the seat. Preferably, just below the mid-section of your back.
Sometimes, it can be either the pilot seat being moved up or down, or the engine being moved up or down. *Yes, you may
have to lengthen the controls. Which is not so difficult to do so.
Best to contact and talk with an ASRA technical advisor nearby to you, as they have the experience to help with an important factor such as
this.
