Pondering here..............dead easy to make a 3 seater, open frame with bench seat arrangement......a little squeezy, so what....nuthing fancy at all, real basic machine.
ej22 would have plenty of grunt for it

Question...............is it legal as experimental class ???????????

I think we're limited to 2 seaters russ ....haven't looked in the manual to confirm but I think that 3 seater would have to be GA registered. I now ultralights are limited to 2 seaters - 3 seaters have to go GA

Who says you need 3 seats to carry 2 passengers?

That's right.

One might just need 2 rather large seats .... one for him and one for his for his intended .....

Noworries Russ
I know why you need three seats.
! 4 U, I 4 the MF, and the other for your best hunting dog, but you could always leave the MF at home. :drunk:
U/L's here are limeted to one seat and 5 gal. of gas and 250 lbs and a top speed of 50 MPH., So I recokon a 3 seater wont make U/L here ether. But it would make expermental.
Cheers
