Just a brief to start this new addition to the sport helicopter section. The Lonestar was a helicopter of much potential but released at a time where acceptance and support of its type was quite low. Also it wasnt the perfect design by any means but certainly had the potential to develop into something more like todays Mosquito Ultralight had the time and effort been spent on it. In fact you may find many similarities between the two including the basic through shaft control system. It was only one of many little known sport helicopters that managed to fall by the wayside over the years. There was never really a support group as such for this type but hopefully those still remaining around the world can now find a common ground through forums like this to take the Lonestar to new levels of refinement. For those of you interested in mini helicopters, ultralight helicopters and the homebuilt helicopter industry, check out the website.
Thanks...
