has any one herd of a very short starter for an ea81?
i need it to fit in between this prop and motor.
grant...........that system you got is EXACTLY the same as one up here. He has fitted a starter motor, it works brilliantly........dead easy to fit too. Will take some pics and get em onto this post ina few days......russ

it is built by nev walker, ayr.
nev used to fly gyro's and now has built two helicopters. the last a two seater.
fairly capable sort of a fella, hey.

Rus, how big are the photos your trying to post ?? In Kb that is ?? I'v changed the attachments size to 55Kb and a total of 200Kb per post. If your photo is over 55Kb then you wont be able to up upload it. And if the overall size of the photos is over 200Kb it wont upload it either!

Tried 4...3...2.....photos, at the same posting, then gave up. Sent em private email in the end. Camera was set on the email mode...buggered if I know ?????

just got your message tonight. can you find the model of the starter and give us a ring or e mail as id like to get it done before you get here.
do you know anything about su carbies??

Grant..........starter off Camry, thinks it was about 1989 model
Ring gear off auto mazda 121........grind off a couple lugs, mount it back to front, see photo
That starter......send em the photo by email, they will then recognise it............russ
it was a straight forward job to get it working......

SU carbs i think stand for (Shouldnt f*cking Use on gyros Carbs) :Bat1: :chainsaw: :pistoles: ok i'm fine now :focus:
