G,day Mitch
Yeah , been busy as a cat covering shyte and doesnt appear to be much spare time in the near future.
With this gyro I have cut, shut, drilled, filed, modified, added to, crashed, rebuilt and tinkered with more than I care to admit. For many years thats what the "hobby" meant to me but not any more. I simply dont have the time. I plan to get a good basic machine and go flying when I get the opportunity. If there is no interest in the majority of these components I will just get a decent gyro built around them.
$550 for the Jetstream
Cheers mate

G'Day Mark,
Glad to hear your staying in gyros.
Mate it's a pre-rotator set up that I'm chasing for Butterfly, now I'm old and tired :omfg: So is that price for Max's rotor head and pre-rotator, if so you have a sale. I'll understand if you are looking for $550 for the head alone as I realise that's what they cost.
Ole mate Nick has drawn me up some plans for pre-rotator sytem which I could cobble up.
I agree after two builds of Butterfly, I'm looking forward to flying not building.
You wouldn't have too much trouble getting interest at $6000 for the lot. Bargain in my book. I know how much time and effort you have put into your craft.
Cheers Mate,
Mitch.

Hmmm,
Speak of the devil....
Since I need a new set of Rotors for my beast and a new prop IŽd like prices on same, only your prop is the wrong hand as yours is a gear box drive and mine is a belt drive, so, a price for the rotors if you would please.
I tried ringing but you were out, so if you read this before you ring me just post it here.
Cheers,
Nick

To whoever buys this machine put the tail back another 6 inches or so(or further depending on rotor clearence) and put an anti-servo tab on it. The later I can supply free of charge.

There you go Mark, :joy: :joy:
Two sales for the complete gyro already.
As I said Mark, if the re-built Jetstream head and pre-rotator are extra's to the craft itself, then I'll take those at your reaccessed price. Either way Mark, good luck and still looking forward till the day we charge our glassess

Well I'm off to have the back of my spine removed at three levels, so I really, really need a pre-rotator, even if it's ole mate spinnin up by hand for me. :hahano:
Hope life doesn't get to busy for you Mark.
Best regards,
Mitch.

Mitch,
I thought I already had... maybe the sketches werenŽt detailed enough.
Tell you what though, I was thinking the other night that youŽve got a rotax on your machine - does it have a through the hole gearbox?? If it does that opens up all sorts of possibilities as to what can be done.
If you can do some photos and some rough dimensions on it I might be able to draw something a little more involved than the pencil sketches that I did at Uncle JohnŽs place. I look forward to seeing them.
Cheers,
Nick.
