Before you part with ya money here folks, give me a call, i've had 3 of these "factory" sub4's. And know of others that had ongoing problems. "Factory" always blamed the kiwi component supplier.........funny that.
Spoze me last engine that was wrongly fitted with an oversize air line hose as a water hose, was a kiwi problem too aye.............pigs arse it was. Cost me big bucks to retreave me machine, coz i had to make an emergency outlanding, with a buggered engine, "factory" says.....sorry mate, we [ "factory" ] stuffed up. No $$$$$ assistance, not even a hint.

Would i get another......................NO WAY [ from this "factory" ]

hey stuberfield..........heard you could'nt make a quid from ya "factory" so you tried workin in the mining game, what happined there, last i heard you got back to your "factory"...........mining guys wise up to you or what. :evil_laugh:

Don't hurry that engine rebuild of mine you got there, coz i don't want it back, and the bucks don't worry me.
2 yrs so far you had that engine of mine [ engine number 3 folks, all 3 shyte themselves before they got 100hrs on em, this one done about 20hrs ]..............top "factory" :evil_laugh:

Remember that old joke about the bloke who rushes in through the kitchen door and says to his missus "Quick! Get me a beer before it starts!"

Won't be long now.

Ist engines burn out 2 inlet valves, scored the bores etc etc [ yip, kiwi problem was given ]

2nd engine cooked coz wrong water hose installed [ Bundaberg problem for sure ]

3rd engine destroyed main bearing [ detonation ] yip was told the kiwi settings etc etc were to blame, yea right.

All these engines were built by you know who, useing sub4 components. Fully setup, ready to go.

Other guys were..........

dropping valves
cracking heads
overheating
oil leaks
blowing out welsh plugs
air leaks in inlet manifolds, one was sealed with bleedin silicon at a welded joint
valve leakages by poorly faced and seated valves

Does that give you an idea of his "factory" quality control / workmanship

As one has said to me that knows this guy well, russ, his intentions are good, but his work is suss at times.

You lay claim to it, be my pleasure to see you in court.

If i was to give it away, it would be to someone with integrity.........dickhead :evil_laugh:

Take another 2 yrs to repair your c*ckups, as i said before, " i don't want it back ", so until it's ready to be sold to someone that will take the gamble with your shyte. Until then i'm going to constantly be on your case here and anywhere you you got the hide to blow your trumpet.

Pumping out aircraft engines and or components as you try to do, is to be commended, however you are less than competant to achieve this, as you are risking pilots lives with your inferior workmanship etc.

3 engine failures you achieved with me, 3. You should hang your head in shame.

BTW..........stop this constant blameing of other parties as you always do.

The sooner "backyarders" like you are stopped from peddling your wares, the safer flyers will be.

have a nice day............... :censored:

I'm done with him now, it's all out there for all to be aware.

To say nothing, and read at some later date, that some poor innocent bugger crashed and died because of this clowns faulty work or component, would be even more wrong.

Steven stuberfield.........stick to car engines, no one dies from walking home when it stops. Aero is a different set of consequences.

The moment he starts pedaling his wares again, I'll be back. :paper:

G'day Russ,
Can see you're a bit pissed here. (See,I ain't totally blind). But can I ask a serious question? After the first motor, why did you buy No.2 and No.3? These motors cost some serious money, and if the first one was a heap of shit, why 2 more? Like I said, not a loaded question, just curious.
Cheers

To answer this Question Russel has only ever paid for ONE SUB4 engine
Others( RUSTY FERGUSON )have been able to get 2000hrs TBO out of one engine. Which the "factory" has since purchased back and is flying regularly without any trouble. Rustys total time on sub4 engines is over 4000hrs
