I moved topic so we didnt hijack Russ's battery subject ( I don't wanna upset the ol fella :punch: ).

I got mine from Hughes Lightwing in Ballina 02 66868658 , I think he has it in 4 m lengths , the bits I got were off cuts . There was a bloke in QLD that used to make plastic end caps to fit inside it to hold it in place
on the mains , I just made mine out of some hardwood.

Thanks Russ, I remember now ( maybe I'm the one getting old timers ..... :confused: ). He used to make a good joystick handgrip,too.

Rod didnt make them, a bloke at a moulding shop made them but he went a bit crazy and no more parts.

Spoke about them the other week when i was in brizy with rod............he indicated no probs, maybe the mould guy has come to his senses, maybe rod has sourced another supplier.
Either way, he had it under control.............i hope.
I want my main struts aeroed........thingoed
